Cell Signaling Technology (CST) provides an extensive range of CAR-T therapy research tools designed to support preclinical research for target identification and selection, CAR-T cell characterization, and evaluation of patient response to therapy.
CAR linker antibodies
For characterization of CAR-T cells, CST offers the first-to-market CAR linker antibodies which target the G4S and Whitlow linker sequences of scFv-based CARs. Available in different fluorochrome-conjugated formulations, these antibodies are ideal for flow cytometry, allowing you to confirm CAR expression, regardless of antigen specificity.
CAR enrichment kits
The CAR enrichment kits allow for efficient purification of valuable CAR+ cells from a heterogenous population. The CAR enrichment kits are designed to positively select cells expressing either a G4S linker- or Whitlow/218 linker-containing scFv-based CAR on the cell surface.
