Sometimes the optimal way to culture cells or tissue is under nearly closed conditions, but still with easy access. Like when culturing bone tissue, tissue transplants, or stem cell culturing for harvesting colonies. Culturing in dishes has an increase risk for contamination, where as culturing in cell culture flasks makes the access difficult. TPP offers to different cell culture flasks solving this.

• The foil is peeled off before access to the cells. Re-closure is not possible
