Bioassays

These assays generate highly reproducible results using a simple method with no separate mixing or centrifugation steps. These assays are suitable for use with cell lines and primary cells, whether adherent or in suspension.

Cell Type Specific Assays
Lonza offer several cell function assays to measure the specific activities of different bone and adipose cell types. These assays will support both primary cells and related cell lines. Adipocytes, MSCs, and ADSCs can have lipid metabolism measured with AdipoRed™ and AdipoLyze™.
