The Vacusafe aspiration systems from Integra are available in two sizes. All Vacusafe systems offer a safe and user-friendly way to aspirate and collect biological liquid waste. A compact and filter protected vacuum source in a base unit that holds the shatterproof waste bottle securely is combined with the practical Vacuboy handpiece to allow easy, fast and spill-free aspiration - boosting throughput while reducing contamination risk.
Vacusafe aspiration system with 2 liter glass bottle
The 2 liter glass waste bottle has a safety coating to ensure that there is no spill or glass shards even if the glass is broken. It is designed to allow waste to be autoclaved safely and conveniently.
In addition to the safety coating, the glass waste bottle features quick coupling, self-closing connectors that enable changing the bottle with minimal risk of contamination, fulfilling the requirements of Biosafety level 1, 2 and 3 laboratories. A liquid level sensor means that even if the base unit and bottle are placed out of sight under the safety cabinet, there is no risk of overfilling. The bottle has an adapter that allows it to fit perfectly in the regular Vacusafe base unit.

Vacusafe Aspiration System with 4 L polypropylene bottle
The popular Vacusafe system in its classic configuration, with a high-capacity 4 liter waste bottle in polypropylene. Two different options are available: The first features a lid with quick coupling, self-sealing connectors that enable changing the waste bottle with minimal risk of contamination, and a liquid level sensor that allows the base unit and bottle to be placed out of sight under the safety cabinet with no risk of overfilling. The second is a budget-friendly option without quick connectors and level sensor.
