When your instrument requires periodic maintenance or repairs, we can arrange this with:
- On-site service by our service technician
- Having the instrument shipped to the workshop
NanoDrop instruments are easy to maintain and include self-diagnostic tests that can be performed without a service technician. Only if the tests indicate a problem will a service appointment have to be made.

While several previous generations of NanoDrop instruments are no longer available for sale, many of them are still supported with spare parts. Even when parts become unavailable, maintenance service and diagnostics that do not require parts replacement can still be provided.
Contact us with any questions! For service requests, please include the instrument model and serial number (printed on label usually located next to the power connection on the instrument).
