Glysite Scout Glycan Screening Kits, immunofluorescence kits that enhance the view of glycan expression in your tissue sample.
These kits are fully integrated with a diverse panel of glycan binders (lectins) ideal for detection of all the major glycan motifs (e.g. mannose, galactose, chitin, complex N-glycan, core O-glycan) for the evaluation of glycan distribution in a target specimen. The kits are validated on human and mouse tissue – including FFPE tissue, across a wide range of tissue types including lung, colon, kidney, spleen, liver, pancrease, testes, heart, bladder, and uterus.
Glysite Scout Glycan Screening Kits, Immunofluorescence are available with 3 fluorophore options, 488 (GSK-3000), 594 (GSK-2000), and 649 (GSK-1000).
