Monarch RNA cleanup kits
The Monarch RNA cleanup kits offer a fast and effective silica spin column-based solution for RNA purification and concentration following enzymatic reactions such as in vitro transcription, DNase I treatment, capping, and labeling, as well as other methods like phenol/chloroform extraction.
Available in three binding capacities - 10 μg (#NEB-T2030), 50 μg (#NEB-T2040), and 500 μg (3NEB-T2050) - each kit features precision-engineered spin columns that prevent buffer retention and eliminate contaminant carryover, allowing for low-volume elution of high-purity RNA.
The standard protocol purifies RNA ≥ 25 nt, but an alternative protocol is available to bind smaller RNA fragments, down to 15 nt, including miRNAs.
