We’re excited to introduce the new FlashGel® FLX cassettes, the latest addition to the FlashGel® System portfolio. Designed for speed, flexibility and convenience, the FlashGel® FLX cassettes enables rapid separation of both DNA and RNA in a single cassette, while remaining fully compatible with the current FlashGel® System.
Fast, convenient DNA and RNA electrophoresis
The FlashGel® System is a convenient solution for DNA and RNA electrophoresis in short time. Designed for speed and efficiency, it separates DNA or RNA in as little as 5 minutes and allows real-time visualization and documentation of nucleic acid migration directly at the bench - no UV transilluminator required. With high sensitivity, the system typically requires 5-20 times less nucleic acid than traditional agarose gels, helping you save time, reagents and precious sample. The complete system includes the FlashGel® Dock, FlashGel® Camera and consumables.
Introducing the FlashGel® FLX cassettes
The all-new FlashGel® FLX cassettes improves upon the original FlashGel® cassettes by offering dual application: you can separate either DNA or RNA using the same cassette, simply by choosing the appropriate FlashGel® DNA or RNA Prestain Loading Buffer. Used together with the FlashGel® System, the FLX Cassette lets you visualize DNA and RNA results within minutes.
Compared to the standard cassettes, the FlashGel® FLX cassettes also offers an extended shelf life of up to 24 months, providing a longer storage window and more reliable inventory management to meet your lab’s demands.
