Plasmid preparation

Mutagenesis
For those needing mutational variants of synthetic DNA, BioCat charges only €99 for each mutation of a basic sequence (up to 3 kb). Large series of mutated constructs are no longer time-consuming projects, facilitating the screening of multiple variants of target genes.

Cloning into your own vector
If the required vector is not part of BioCat's standard offering, they are pleased to clone synthesized DNA into a client's own vector. Clients simply need to provide the vector of interest to have their gene delivered in their own vector.

Gene fragments are double-stranded, linear DNA molecules that can be used independently or easily assembled and cloned into a chosen vector using various cloning methods, including Gibson Assembly. This service offers more economical pricing and greater flexibility.
